Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for the use of services provided by [Company Name] ("Company"), which operates the Motion Data Store ("Store"), and stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all motion data-related content and platforms provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to anyone who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Content" refers to all motion data files provided through the Store.
Article 3 (Formation of the Use Agreement)
- The use agreement is formed when the User agrees to these Terms and applies for the use of the Service, and the Company accepts this application.
- The Company may approve the User's application and will handle it without delay unless there are special reasons.
Article 4 (Account Creation and Management)
- Users must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.
- Users must not use another person's account without permission.
- The Company may suspend or permanently terminate an account if the User violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)
- The Company provides the following services to Users:
- Downloading motion data
- Searching and managing data
- Customer support services
2. The Company may change all or part of the services provided for operational or technical needs and will announce the changes and the date they will take effect in advance.
Article 6 (Payment and Refund Policy)
- All payments are made through the payment methods provided by the Company.
- Users can request a refund within 2 days of payment, but downloaded data cannot be refunded.
- The download validity period for the Service is 100 years from the date of payment completion. If the Service is not downloaded within the validity period, the download rights will automatically expire and repurchase will be required. However, the Service that has been successfully downloaded within the validity period may be used without time restrictions.
- All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the User.
Article 7 (License and Use Restrictions)
- The Company grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Content.
- Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell the Content.
- All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Content belong to the Company or the respective licensors.
Article 8 (Service Suspension and Termination)
- The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:
- Maintenance of service
- Emergency situations
- Legal requirements
2. The Company will notify Users in advance of the reasons for and duration of any service suspension.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or validity of the Content and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Content. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- The paid service provides a certain level of service quality, and details about responsibility and warranties in case of problems are included. Service quality warranties related to the amount paid by users may be included.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

DMCA Policy
Article 11 (Copyright Infringement Notification)
If a user claims copyright infringement, they can notify the Company's DMCA Agent with the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Description of the infringing material and its location
- Contact information of the notifier
- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement of the accuracy of the information

Article 13 (Counter-Notification)

Article 14 (Repeat Infringers)
The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
