Q. Can I use purchased data for purposes other than those selected at the time of purchase?


A. Data may only be used for the use selected at the time of purchase and may not be used for any other purpose. If you use the data for any other purpose, you may be liable for damages.



Q. What is the scope of use agreement?


A. Digital assets have different values and associated charges depending on the legal entity of the user, the use to which the data is put, and the method of use. This is the method utilized in many solution programs and applications. Scope of use consent is the process of confirming the scope of use of the data and the agreement that the data will be used only for that purpose. It is the basis for a claim for damages.



Q. What is your refund policy?


A. Only customers who have not downloaded their data after purchase will receive a 100% refund if they request a refund within 3 months of purchase. [maximum 14 days required].

In the case of a set product, a refund cannot be issued if only a portion of the entire set has been downloaded due to the discounted price.
